More than 80 people were killed in a suicide bombing on a World Food Programme project and a series of helicopter raids against militant camps in northwestern Pakistan, officials said. A suicide bomber wearing a burqa, who some officials said was a woman, killed at least 43 people at a World Food Programme distribution point in a tribal area bordering Afghanistan on Saturday. At least three soldiers embraced martyrdom and 24 militants were killed Friday in gunfights in Mohmand after about 150 militants attacked paramilitary check points, officials said. At least 28 people were killed and several over 40 others injured in two powerful blasts at office of political agent in Mohmand Agency area of Ghalanai, Geo News Monday quoted hospital sources.
