BATTAGRAM: A grand jirga representing all major political parties on Friday decided social boycott of those locals who had played host to the leaders of movement for Hazara province. The jirga asked the government to establish a separate Abaseen division comprising Shangla, Battagram and Kohistan districts and Kala Dhaka area of Mansehra. The jirga called at a local hotel was attended by a large number of people including workers of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Pakistan People’s Party, Awami National Party and Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf.
